We specialize in Individual goals – We do NOT use “Web-based cookie cutter apps”. Whether you want to be a Body Builder or just want to feel stronger we will work out a plan that meets YOUR needs. Years of experience will give YOU the opportunity to Work with us to achieve the best you can be – from conditioning to be able to get on and off the floor, climb stairs, etc all the way to Body Building for sports or competition we can and will customize a plan for YOU. We also specialize in pre-surgery conditioning and post surgery recovery – rehab after an injury; We have 50 years of collective experience and conducted well over 1000 training sessions.

Paul is a graduate of West Point and served as an Officer in combat with the Famed 101st Airborne Division. In addition to his formal ISSA certification as a personal trainer; Paul has trained the disabled, stroke victims, the elderly, body building competitors, amputees, and soldiers.

In his younger years Paul was a competitive bodybuilder in state wide tournaments across the country. In recent years he has won several WNPF Powerlifting competitions for the over 60 age group and still holds various state championships records. Paul has a passion for fitness and health knowing the positive impact it has on peoples lives.

Roberta About Page

Roberta is a Navy Veteran and a retired Nurse. Roberta is a success story in her own right. She joined a gym in JAN 2023 with a personal trainer. At that time she could not even get on or off the floor. Working hard for the next 18 months she transformed herself into a stronger healthier person.

She was so passionate about her achievement that she became a certified Personal trainer and also achieved a certifications in nutrition, weight management, senior fitness, and became an Elite trainer so she could Enhance others lives as well. A few months later Paul and Roberta decided to come together and form Mule and Goat Fitness Company.
